CKEditor for Java 3.6.2 Released!

Posted by Anna on Releases

Following the recent CKEditor 3.6.2 release we would like to announce the availability of our integrated version for Java. CKEditor for Java was updated to the latest editor version and contains all the bug fixes and new features introduced in CKEditor 3.6.2, including initial support for iOS5 and some API additions.

A serious usability improvement was introduced in order to make moving out of blockquotes more intuitive thanks to using the Enter key. For those using CKEditor to create forms, it will now be possible to edit textarea contents directly from the editor dialog windows. Several language pack were updated and overall editor fixes were introduced in this editor release, too. Check out the What's New? page for the full list of changes.

    Hello,

I use jquery.yslider.js and i need text output from CKEditor. Now i have HTML output and the slider shows html tags and text.

    Example:

    <p><big><span style="background-color: #ffa500;">MY TEXT</span>

I need only text. Can i get it from CKEditor?
