Page moves on enter and shift+enter

Currently when I use enter or shift enter, my page scrolls up so the line which i was editing is at the bottom of the screen. This behaviour is very annoying.
Can this be altered somehow that the line/screen doesn move on enter and shift enter?

Another thing is that do I need to enable anything special so I can resize cells in table by dragging their borders with mouse cursor?
