    We are looking for a person who will join our QA team to help us to keep the quality of our products at the highest level. The perfect candidate would have a mix of soft and technical skills and be open-minded, patient, and creative.

    You will be responsible for testing our products (CKEditor 5, PDF/Docx converters, Cloud Services, and Websites), solving technical problems coming from our customers and community, and communicating with CKEditor 5 community. We’d like you to become an expert in our products and develop your technical and soft skills.

    We guarantee support from our QA Engineers who will introduce you to projects and help you during your onboarding. We know how important the first days in a new job are, so we will make sure that you will have time for learning about our products and how we work :)

    Your role:

    • manual testing of our products (CKEditor 5, CKEditor 4, Cloud Services, and more) and websites;
    • reporting and verifying issues in our issue trackers;
    • working on improving our documentation;
    • depending on skills, creating test automation and automation scripts;
    • providing technical support for our clients (mostly written communication);
    • communicating with the CKEditor 5 community on GitHub/Stack Overflow.

    About yourself:

    • you need to love testing; we know how important job satisfaction is on a daily basis;
    • you have basic JavaScript knowledge (experience with some frameworks will be a plus), and solid HTML and CSS knowledge;
    • you have the will to expand your knowledge and experience (technical and soft skills);
    • you have a good command of English (at least B2);
    • you are at ease with developer console in web browsers.

    We have complex products, and we have very ambitious development goals. To fulfill them, we are looking for talented Developers to join us. As a member of the CERD Team, you will be responsible for developing R&D products that maintain and augment our rich text editors with ambitious features. Right now the team is busy with a conversion library written in Node.js used for transforming HTML into MS Word files and reversed conversion, from MS Word to HTML. As the project is relatively young, your main responsibility will be creating new features. You will be working on:

    Your role:

    • writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code (although apparently well-written code doesn't need comments, or does it? 😉);
    • following best programming practices (obligatory code review, 100% test coverage, composition-based architecture, etc);
    • sharing good practice on programming standards, tools, or other processes;
    • you'll be developing features and services that will directly impact our customer's experience and speed up our company’s growth.

    If you:

    • feel like taking up the challenge of working with us on an application used by millions of users;
    • have at least 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer and practical knowledge of TypeScript;
    • would like to work with pure TypeScript and Node.js;
    • despite the knowledge that you already have, you feel there is always more to learn;

    Your role:

    • grow, nurture and interact with our community both online and in person, including on GitHub Discussions and StackOverflow;

    If you have:

    • proven ability to build a following and be an influencer in the developer community;
    • experience in JavaScript/TypeScript applications design and development;
    • 5+ years experience in developer relations and customer-facing technical roles;
    • fluency in English (written and spoken);
    • strong verbal communication with a passion for talking;
    • excellent written communication skills;
    • willingness to travel internationally and domestically - COVID restrictions pending;

    We're currently looking for a person to join our Marketing Team in the role of Developer Advocate / Technical Content Specialist. As a member of the Marketing Department, you will develop the strategy and content for our front-end developer audience using insights into how developers search for and read articles. All of the above are in order to develop compelling and rich content for relevant targets globally.

    Your role:

    • develop and execute a content strategy that will satisfy (and delight) the information needs of our developer audience;
    • produce articles containing technical how-to, product updates, or other similar technical content;

    As our Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the company’s product marketing strategy, operational planning, and execution.     Your role:
