    Your New Role:

    We are looking for a Business Development Representative with working experience in Computer Software / Information Technology and Services industries. You will be responsible for expanding CKSource’s customer base through the smart use of account-based marketing methods, prospecting strategies, and technologies that help identify prospects, book meetings and generate valid sales leads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize proven prospecting methodologies to initiate contact with potential clients
    • Identify and understand the unique needs and challenges of prospective customers
    • Gauge interest in CKEditor-related solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition
    • Generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads and facilitate discovery meetings between sales representatives and prospects

    To be successful in this role you need the following:

    • Hands-on experience and demonstrated success in executing account-based marketing campaigns
    • A hunger for continuous learning, personal growth, and professional excellence
    • Minimum of 1 year in a similar role with a track record of achievement
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening
    • Comfort and familiarity with CRM and prospecting technologies (experience with industry-leading solutions is advantageous)
    • The ability to connect the dots and understand how our products align with client needs
    • A solid grasp of software, Internet, and web-based application concepts
    • Basic comprehension of open-source licensing principles and software commercial licensing
    • Methodical approach to tasks and processes
    • Competence in utilizing reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Business Intelligence technologies

    Your role:

    • designing user interfaces and user interactions;
    • executing UX solutions based on existing product vision and business requirements;
    • collaborating effectively with the Project Team (Product Designers, Software Engineers, Product Managers);
    • participation in prototyping, designing and delivering new features;
    • recommending product strategy based on user needs;
    • maintaining the highest standards of design and applying the best practices.

    If you:

    • feel like taking up the challenge of working on a product used by millions of users;
    • have min. 5 years of commercial experience in the position of UX/UI or Product Designer, preferably in a software product company;
    • have solid understanding of user-centered design, web design principles and development life cycle;
    • have experience with design tools such us Sketch, Figma, Miro;
    • have portfolio with completed or ongoing projects;
    • have an understanding of HTML and CSS;
    • have excellent communication skills and decision-making approach;
    • are eager to create products and develop them;
    • have a good command of English;

    You will be our second Senior Product Designer and have a significant role in building the Product Team. You will be working independently, while also working closely and collaboratively with Developers, Product Owners and UX team to develop our own products.

    Scaling globally, we are seeking a talented Junior QA Engineer to join our remote team of 200+ from around the world.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manual testing of our products
    • Extending technical knowledge about our products
    • Providing technical support for our clients (mostly written communication, but calls would happen from time to time)
    • Preparing technical information for our sales team and supporting them during pre-sales calls (after getting proper product knowledge)
    • Working on improving our documentation
    • Reporting and verifying issues in our issue trackers
    • Depending on skills, creating test automation and automation scripts
    • Communicating with the CKEditor 5 community on GitHub

    To be successful in this role you need the following:

    • 1 year of experience as a QA Engineer or Support Engineer
    • Love for testing and solving problems; we know how important job satisfaction is on a daily basis
    • Great communication skills
    • A basic understanding of how web applications work (both client side and server)
    • A strong JavaScript foundation and solid HTML and CSS knowledge
    • Understanding of web accessibility
    • Willingness to expand your knowledge and experience (technical and soft skills)
    • Comfort with speaking and writing in English, as you will be a part of the international team and communicate with customers from different parts of the World
